Abu-Fahd and Abu-Snan began their culinary careers very early in their lives.  Both chefs migrated from the Republic of Yemen, seeking an opportunity at the American Dream in their very own way - but with a shared passion for the kitchen and food. The two later met as sous chefs of a large franchise, whereby they gained mutual respect for one-another. After decades of work alongside each other, they decided it was time to create their own enterprise, infusing their vast experience and new ideas to please the masses.

Today, both chefs operate a number of successful restaurants and have become popular kitchen consultants in their region. The Malek brand, however, remains to be the crown jewel of their combined efforts.
